When you breed them, this is how you know whether the foal is also non-lethal or not:
If you breed two non-lethal overos together and the foal is also overo, it is a non-lethal overo. Because it inherited the non-lethal overo gene from its parents.
If you breed a non-lethal HMZ overo (OVOV), ALL of its foals will be non-lethal regardless of who you breed it to.
If you breed a non-lethal HTZ overo (OvOv) to a non-overo and the foal is overo, the foal is non-lethal. Because it inherited the non-lethal overo gene from its parent.
If you breed a non-lethal HTZ overo (OvOv) to a normal overo and the foal is overo, you will have to ask Raven if it is non-lethal or not. Usually in these cases, the foals are NOT non-lethal, they are usually just normal overos.
And remember, if you have any questions about whether your foal is non-lethal overo or not, please direct your questions to me. n_n
I hope everyone has a Merry Christmas!
